We are the cleaner choice. What we use to clean our space makes it into our bodies. We only use products with certified organic ingredients, which reduces chemicals on surfaces and in your air, keeping your family safe and healthy.
We are a fully insured cleaning service. We carry insurance for our employees and for the work that we do in your home. We also guarantee customer satisfaction. Was something not cleaned the way that you expected? Let us know, and we will do our best to put things right.
The only product we ask for residential clients to provide is a toilet brush. You may understand that for hygienic purposes cleaners do not carry toilet brush with them. For empty properties/vacation homes, The Mop cleaners will provide a disposable brush for each cleaning service.
The Mop Cleaners provide all cleaning supplies needed to clean your home.
If their is a specialty cleaner you need for your home then we ask you provide it. Specialty cleaner? This cleaner is if you need a specific cleaner for wood, granite, marble, etc.
All of are cleaners are PH neutral and are safe to use on surfaces. You providing cleaners is optional and base a your own preference.
Pets are a part of the family, and so we clean up after them as well! During service we recommend that you do keep your pet somewhere they will be comfortable — not all of our furry friends like the sound of vacuums or unfamiliar people in their space. Or if our furry friends are comfortable with us they are more then welcome to stay with us throughout the cleaning service. Let us know how you'd like to handle your pet ahead of time to keep them safe and happy.
